This applies to anyone a vagrant on the streets, the employee behind the counter when all you're trying to (some would say, foolishly) acquire is a Big Mac, or the star contributor of Garden Peas Weekly (the definitive weekly news source in the world of garden peas). Regardless of if they have a valid point to make or if their audience is even interested.

The inevitable problem with insanely popular and over-hyped movies is that everyone - and their dog - feel it is their sworn duty to tell the rest of the world what their opinion is of it.
